Cee Tone Research is a small group of technology professionals and academicians in New York City focused around the issues of secure data communications.

Currently, we are in the initial phase of this project and have invited a number of people to take part. The focus of the activity will begin with a review of various research papers related to the anonymous network technologies such as Tor.

We began with a review of a research paper entitled Low Latency Anonymity with Mix Rings by Matthew Burnside and Angelos D. Keromytis of Columbia University.
